This is a tennis class that is turned into an upbeat aerobic (and anerobic) workout with lots of movement and popular music. The workout incorporates warm-ups, innovative drills, and singles and doubles play. The drills cover pretty much the whole game – full court, volleys, overheads, combination volleys and overheads, baseline drills, serve-and-volley, approach shots and more. It's a real high-energy session with music.
